Objective: The project “Civil Society Law Fellowship” aims to improve the knowledge on NGO legislation, to create cross-border contacts and to establish a mechanism for exchange of information and expertise between the countries of the Black Sea region. Objective: The overall objective of the project is to create online database of active Bulgarian NGOs, presenting a snapshot of the largest possible number of Bulgarian NGOs. The database will be informative about the status of the listed NGOs in terms of activity; easily accessible and searchable and regularly updated and sustained in the long-term.

Main Objective: The project addresses problems related to individual and corporate philanthropy and with the activity of the Bulgarian NGOs. Among these problems are the rare and still weak partnership between NGOs and companies, the low capacity of NGOs for raising local resources, the low level of accepting of the motivation for charity, the lack if innovations and diversity in the models of charity.
