Main Objective: Improvement of the legal and tax environment for NGOs in Bulgaria

1. Improvement of the legal framework for the operation of NGOs;

2. Preparation of suggestions for amendments to the laws which provide tax incentives for NGOs and their donors;

Changes of the tax legislation providing tax incentives to NGOs and their donors;

3. Improvement of the legal framework for partnership between the state and the NGOs;

4. Building the local capacity through training and consultations in NGO law for NGOs and interns;

5. Preparation of a legal comparative analysis for social services delivery in EU countries – Great Britain, Germany, France and Belgium;

6. Preparation of an analysis on the present legal opportunities for NGOs to deliver social services in Bulgaria.
