2003 -2004

Main Objective: To develop the social service system in Bulgaria and encourage the partnership between non-governmental organizations and municipalities in social service provision. The project is targeted at mayors, municipal councilors and staff in municipal administrations and public institutions responsible for social service provision as well as non-governmental organizations working in the social sphere.

1. Preparation of an analysis of the legislation governing the social services in Bulgaria Conducting

2. Conducting of training seminars on the framework of social service provision in four regions of Bulgaria.

3. Organization of a competition for social service delivery in Smolyan municipality.
